Our Story
Established over four decades ago, Agbara Estate was conceived as a visionary response to Nigeria’s growing need for integrated industrial and residential development. What began as a modest industrial layout has grown into one of West Africa’s most significant mixed-use estates.
Today, the estate spans over 1,500 hectares, hosting more than 200 industrial companies alongside thousands of residential units, creating a self-sustaining community where people live, work, and thrive.
